Camping on a deserted island, for several days and without infrastructure, is one of the most significant experiences I have ever had in my life.

The continuous sound of the waves, and the lack of artificial sound, is shocking at first, and it makes you uncomfortable.

The feeling of being the first to arrive at the beach, or the last to leave it; the force of the sea and its magnetism, reminds me how small and insignificant we are. It brings me back to earth, and even, if only for a brief moment, it nullifies my ego.

Yes, at first it is uncomfortable, but then you start to enjoy it.

We slow down and let ourselves be carried away by the sensations.

We become one with our surroundings.
