- Production time: Usually 2–7 business days.
- Shipping time: Typically 3–7 business days within the USA.
- You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
🇵🇾 Paraguay Orders
- Production & fulfillment: Items are handmade and shipped directly by us.
- Production time: Usually 2–10 business days.
- Shipping time: Typically 1–3 business days within Paraguay.
- You'll receive a message or email with delivery details once your order ships.
✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are prepared quickly after purchase.
If you need to change or cancel, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order.
🔄 If There’s an Issue with Your Order
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery, through this link
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
